Yale New Haven Health System has always been committed to helping college students learn about careers in health care in any way we can—even before they graduate. One way we reach out to future new grads is through our Transitions newsletter. In these issues, usually published in the spring and fall, we try to focus on different nursing disciplines and programs throughout our health system that will teach and enlighten student nurses about various situations that they may not teach them in school.
